Shipping Policy

Once Pet Party has received your payment, we begin processing your order. Orders placed during weekdays before 8:00 PM are shipped the same day. Engraving of bottles may take slightly longer due to production. The estimated shipping time is provided with the product. The expected delivery time is always mentioned with the product, so you know exactly what to expect. Shipping costs apply to every order:

• Netherlands/Belgium/Germany: €5.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €60.00
• Other countries: €6.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €80.00

Returns

We hope that you (and your pet) are happy with your purchase. However, if a product is not quite what you expected, don't worry, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Want to return something?
