Shipping policy
Once Pet Party has received your payment, we will start processing your order.
Orders placed on weekdays before 20:00 are shipped the same day.*
Engraving bottles may take slightly longer due to production. The estimated shipping time is shown with the product.
The expected delivery time is always stated with the product, so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping costs are charged for every order:
Netherlands/Belgium/Germany: €5.95 per order | Free shipping from €60.00
Other countries: €6.95 per order | Free shipping from €80.00
Returns
We naturally hope that you (and your pet) are happy with your order. However, sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected.
No worries, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.*
Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
* Each personalized item is made with the greatest care and especially for you. Because these products are unique, unfortunately we cannot accept them as returns. Please always double-check the details you enter, such as names and dates, before placing your order.
* Personalized products may take up to 48 hours longer before they are shipped.

Would you like to return or cancel an order? You can easily arrange this through your customer account:
Log in with the email address you used to place the order and select the relevant order to submit a request. Please note that personalized products are excluded from returns and cancellations.
